ScaleUp is specifically for founder-led companies with 50-400 employees who are experiencing real scale complexity. If you're earlier stage, we're probably not the right fit yet. If you're larger and already have sophisticated internal capabilities, you might not need us. We work with companies where the founder is still deeply involved but feeling the strain of being the decision bottleneck.
